Extreme fires burned through Australia and the Amazon caused by drought and climate change.
Corona virus is spreading through the world. So the question on many Christians lips is “Are these the end times”?By the way crashing stock markets are not a sign of the end! But what does Jesus himself have to say about these things?
We have to go to Luke 21 v 11; “There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.”
In verses 29-30 Jesus talks about how like the fig tree we can tell by the signs that these things are near.
But in v32 he talks about these things he’s describing happening in the generation of the people listening to him and of course he was talking in about AD 33. And they did happen, in AD70, when the temple in Jerusalem was destroyed. But the Son of Man or Jesus did not return. So in verses 34-36 he’s telling us to be on guard and pray that we escape these things. So it’s both a past and future prophecy.
In Matthew 24 v3 the disciples ask Jesus “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age”? Jesus response in verse 4 is don’t let people deceive you! There will be wars v6, but the end is still to come. Nations will rise against nation v7. There will be famines and earthquakes but Jesus says in v8, “All these are the beginning of birth pains”.
Then he goes on to talk about persecution of Christians in v9. We are not being persecuted (but if this passage refers to the early Christians, they were tortured by the Romans and thrown to the lions.) We are also not being hated by all nations, in fact quite the reverse and we are not seeing many turn from the faith, betray and hate each other. Christianity is growing thoughout the world (the UK is not the norm don’t forget!). And what Jesus tells us to do, in verse 13, is to stand firm to the end and we will be saved. And to tell the good news of our faith (verse 14)!
So to summarise Jesus says
1. Be on guard
2. Pray
3. Don’t let people deceive you
4. Stand firm
5. Share your story of what God has done for you and how good being a Christian is!
These are the birth pangs of an end, but we do not know what kind of end, or the time or the hour. Stay faithful and wise! Amen

ਟਿੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਪਤਾ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਪਸਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਮਿਡਲ ਈਸਟ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਤਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ.
ਸੋਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਮੇਜ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗੀ।
ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ. ਇਸ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਚਿਨ ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ "ਕੀ ਇਹ ਅੰਤ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ"?
2 ਇਤਹਾਸ 7v13-15 ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ: "ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਟਿੱਡੀਆਂ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੇਮਹਾਮਾਰੀ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਜੇ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੋਬਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੁਰਾਈਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੜੇ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਰਗਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਣੋ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਮਾਫ਼ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਬਣਾਓ। ”
ਇਹ ਵਧੇਰੇ relevantੁਕਵਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ. ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਵੱਲ ਮੁੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇਆਪ ਨੂੰ, ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ.
ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰੈਸ਼ ਸਟਾਕ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ!
ਪਰ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ?
ਸਾਨੂੰ ਲੂਕਾ 21:11 ਤੇ ਜਾਣਾ ਪਏਗਾ: “ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭੁਚਾਲ, ਕਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ, ਅਤੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂਮਹਾਨ ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਆਉਣਗੇ।”
29-30 ਆਇਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਯਿਸੂ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਅੰਜੀਰ ਦੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦੱਸ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਇਹ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਹਨ.
ਪਰ ਵੀ 32 ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੁਣਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਪਰ ਰਹੇ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇਬੇਸ਼ਕ ਉਹ ਈਸਾ 33 ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ. ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਵਾਪਰ ਗਏ ਸਨ, AD70 ਵਿਚ, ਜਦੋਂ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦਾ ਮੰਦਰ wasਹਿ ਗਿਆਸੀ. ਪਰ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜਾਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰਤੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਇਤ 34 34--3 us ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਵਧਾਨ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚੀਏ. ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਅਤੀਤ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਹੈ.
ਮੱਤੀ 24 ਵੀ 3 ਵਿਚ ਚੇਲੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ “ਇਹ ਕਦੋਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਜੁਗ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ?” ਆਇਤ4 ਵਿਚ ਯਿਸੂ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧੋਖਾ ਦੇਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ! ਲੜਾਈਆਂ ਵੀ 6 ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ, ਪਰ ਅੰਤ ਅਜੇ ਆਵੇਗਾ. ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧਉੱਠਣਗੇ v7. ਇੱਥੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਭੁਚਾਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਪਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ v8 ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਨਮ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਹਨ".
ਫਿਰ ਉਹ v9 ਵਿੱਚ ਈਸਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਤਿਆਚਾਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ. ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਤਾਏ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ (ਪਰ ਜੇ ਇਹ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਮੁChristiansਲੇ ਈਸਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਮਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤਸੀਹੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਰਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ.) ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂਦੁਆਰਾ ਵੀ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ, ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਉਲਟ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ. ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਤੋਂਮੁਨਕਰ ਹੋਵੋ, ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਖਾ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰੋ. ਈਸਾਈਅਤ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ (ਯੂਕੇ ਸਧਾਰਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁੱਲੋ!).ਅਤੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ, ਆਇਤ 13 ਵਿਚ, ਅੰਤ ਤਕ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਵਾਂਗੇ. ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਦੀਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਦੱਸਣ ਲਈ (ਆਇਤ 14)!
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ
1. ਚੌਕਸ ਰਹੋ
2. ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰੋ
3. ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਖਾ ਨਾ ਦਿਓ
4. ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਰਹੋ
5. ਆਪਣੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਕੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਮਸੀਹੀ ਹੋਣਾ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੈ!
ਇਹ ਅੰਤ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੀੜਾਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਤਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ, ਜਾਂ ਸਮਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ. ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝਦਾਰ ਰਹੋ! ਆਮੀਨ
